At D3vicx LLC, we sell physical streaming devices that are prepared and shipped to your address. Each device is a tangible product, carefully inspected and tested before shipping.
Refunds and Returns
All sales are final once a device has been prepared and shipped.
Because these are customized, made-to-order tangible products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your device arrives damaged, defective, or is not delivered, we will promptly replace it at no additional cost to you.
Order Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We only ship to the address provided on your PayPal transaction for security and protection.
Customer Responsibility
Devices may include unique configurations. Written and video guides are provided to assist with setup and use.
D3vicx LLC is not responsible for misuse, third-party updates, or user error once the device has been delivered in working condition.

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or is not delivered, contact us immediately at:
